NewDay Community Church was formed out of a group of people who  wanted to make a difference in the community of Washougal, WA. We  got together and felt God was leading us to start a church in the area.

 The church was started at the beginning of the summer of 2006. We  met on Sunday afternoons at a church in the area. Still nameless, it was  decided to start meeting at a school. A name for the church was chosen,  NewDay Community Church, and we started meeting at Jemtegaard  Middle School.
